The Cardio Coach
Jean-Pierre Lavigne has spent the last
15 years researching successful heart-rate training techniques
on how to train for success. JP's methodology, taught to
all participants in a Cardio Zones program, which allows
the athlete to measure training load so he or she progresses
and peaks according to his or her goals.
Cardio Zones training gives each individual the opportunity
to be coached base on a client's fitness level, goals, and
lifestyle into consideration so that programs can be successfully
integrated into busy lives. We consider it imperative that
our athletes have balance in their lives.

Zones training is a method of training smarter, and more effectively,
by using heart rate-we call it training with heart.We come from
our hearts and believe that the goals are about achieving health,
lifelong fitness, and meeting (or exceeding) your performance
goals while still living in harmony with family, friends, and

and an assessmentof your current fitness level. You will discuss

Training is not just exercising. It is working out within a
system
with a plan in order to reach a goal.

Monthly coaching starts at $195.00 a
month (min. 6 months pre-paid), as well as one-time assessments
at $150.00. These one-time assessments include any topics you want
to discuss with your coach including season planning, workout planning
or heart rate education.
Add $75 for bi-monthly meeting and $125 for one weekly meeting (includes
a workout session on the CompuTrainer). |
