ZONE 1 • HEALTHY HEART ZONE (50 – 60%)

Cost: $20 per class 15 classes for $225
Classes are open must be reserved 24 hours the day before (no reservation will be accepted beyond the next day)

Heart Rate Monitors are Mandatory for each class!

We will be giving a discount on a Polar Heart Rate Monitors at 15% with the purchase of a block 15 classes.
